How to Sign Up and Verify for Hack Club

Follow these steps to Sign Up and Verify for Hack Club (in your browser).

Step 1: Make a Hack Club Account

Go to Hack Club and make an account (preferably using your home email).

Step 2: Fill out personal details

Please use your real name and birthday. Doesn't have to be your government name, but at least something similar to it. Make sure the last name that you input is your legal last name.

Step 3: Get verification code

After submitting personal details, Hack Club sends you a verification link. Go to your email and copy paste the code into the tab.

Step 4: Verify your account

Please go to this link to start the verification process. Here, you'll be required to provide your actual, legal name. You'll either need to upload a copy of your Student ID + Transcript/Report Card, or a Government Issued ID. If you're a part of the PHHS Hack Club, please ask either Alex or Vihaan before submitting so they can verify that you did it right as to not waste time.

Step 5: Join and verify Slack

Please go to this link and sign in with the same email that you used to sign up for Hack Club. Then, it's going to ask for Hack Club SSO, just follow the prompts. When you're in the server, you should be automatically verified.

Didn't get verified on Slack? Go to the Hack Club Slack and try again. If you're from the PHHS Hack Club, please contact either Alex or Vihaan for help.
